Nerfed. Yes, pretty much yes... He lacks 100 + 120%AP damage of his kit. And I find that due to trying to start the W damage as soon as possible, I trigger item 3100 one time less than before.

So consider this 250 + 120%AP damage in his burst are gone. I expect his win rate to fall pretty damn soon.
