Anything i can do about Framerate and lag?

I only have a GTX 580 and I never drop below 60

The answer is to not have a bad computer. Even a 6 year old graphics card handles this game no issue. I imagine you must be running some prebuilt tin can with on board graphics if you are having trouble. If that is the case, a graphics card for 100-150$ will fix your problems.

actually i have seen the problem in a large number of people i played with in the past 2 months
