Literally DC'd from a game due to snow.
Go to log back on and I'm banned. Telling me to check my email address associated with the account but i got absolutely nothing.
I have several other accounts banned, never had it just insta ban me - like I said though, I literally just DC'd. No prior mutes/bans.

Send a support ticket. I was recently permabanned due to "suspicious activity" on my account but got my account unbanned within a day.
