Provisional Series

This needs to be changed to prevent people from trolling when they don't get their lane. People that are not in a series care less if they win or lose. And this can leave those that are trying to advance trying to carry a broken team. Can we make these grouped so that everyone involve is in a promotion series. this may help prevent the trolling that goes on in some ranked games that mean more to some than others.
