Twitch's Q

Twitch Q cooldown: 16s - resets on kills/assists against targets that have the passive DoT on them

Rengar R cooldown: 130/100/70

Twitch Q duration: 10/11/12/13/14

Rengar R duration: 12/16/20

Twitch Q bonus effects: Grants 30%-50% attack speed after the Twitch Q ends.

Rengar R bonus effects: If you leap to the closest enemy you critically strike.

Twitch's Q stealth delay: 1s delay before becoming camouflaged, Twitch can autoattack and use items/spells during this time.

Rengar's R stealth delay: 2s delay before becoming camouflaged, Rengar cannot autoattack, use spells or items during the delay.

Twitch's Q movement speed bonus: 30% towards enemy champions or 10% otherwise.

Rengar's R movement speed bonus: 40%

Twitch's stealth detection radius: 500 units

Rengar's stealth detection radius: 700 units, because it is equal to his leap range.

Twitch's Q's cooldown is 8x shorter than Rengar's ult cooldown, and yet Twitch's Q duration is only 17%-30% shorter. Twitch's Q allows him to target anyone whereas Rengar's ult forces him to focus the closest enemy in order to receive any bonus effects. Usually this ends up being the support or a tank who stand closer and your crit is completely wasted. Rengar's stealth delay time is twice as long as Twitch's. Though the 10% bonus movespeed from twitch's Q is only 25% of Rengar's R movespeed it becomes 75% of the movespeed of Rengar's Ultimate with a cooldown that is only 12% as long when he moves towards enemies. Twitch an adc gets to sneak within his autoattack range of enemies while Rengar literally alerts enemies up to 4000 units away that he is coming, and is easily visible when trying to get to his target due to his massive detection range, and the indicator giving away where he is coming from. Rengar no longer has a combat effective ult thanks to the 2s delay and it offering nothing except a crit which is pretty garbo, twitch crits anyway because he builds ADC.

There's such a double standard in this games balance, why is it that the moment ADCs aren't the dominant role, everyone cries and meme's, "ADC 2k17" "ADC is so weak" "buff adc pls" but it's "good" "that champion deserves it" when Rengar's ultimate is worse than a basic ability. The point I'm trying to make is that Rengar feels fucked up and forgotten, and Twitch got to be a pick/ban champ for almost an entire season.

You compare 2 abilitys of 2 champs while ignoring the rest of the kit. Does twitch have a heal that can give him cc immunity? Does twitch leap from bushes? Does twitch have a snare?

I've taken this information into consideration. As you present yourself to be an expert on the champions, please inform everyone some more.

How much hard CC does Twitch have? How many cleanses does Twitch have? How many self-healing abilities does Twitch have? Does Twitch have the capability to gain True Sight of an enemy champion? Does Twitch have built-in snowball acceleration where his stats are permanently increased and multiplied by takedowns?

Yeah, but now compare his E with Kalista's E!

Kalista has the same ability, but her E is able to stack infinitely, which means she can deal alot more damage with it! She can use it to secure objectives, better than smite since that damage scales endlessly! On top of that, cooldown and mana cost get refunded if she kills a unit with it!

Or in other words: It makes no sense to compare skills from 2 different champions with each other. They are different champions for a reason.
