Every single time, and I mean every. I re roll 3 good skins. I always get a bad skin for a character I will never purchase. my problem is I can't afford new skins or characters and after always re rolling 3 veigar skins I will always get a shaco or sona skin permanent. the problem is. I don't want to buy them over a character I actually want

Rerolls good skins in gamble process, ok.

Just disenchant then. That is all I ever do.

What the person above me said. I have 7k orange essance, no reason to gamble blindly

Just wait until you get a good shard
