league cant get on my graphics card

So when i play every like 10 mins my game shuts down for 10 seconds then comes back and after that my computer says that my graphics doesnt let league on the graphics card can i fix that by any chance.I have radeon r9 series 200 :D Intel5 3470

Have you updated the drivers? Hows the fans/heat? And you know, you could just buy a used videocard for hardly nothing that can easily handle league. I mean a 970 like I'm still using is like 50-90 bucks on Ebay. And it'll run league no problem.
