How do you get out of bronze when you know you can?

iv been playing league for a long time now but every time I play ranked in bronze its either an afk or a feeder what can I do???

I like playing ADC when Im going to tryhard. Yes you wont win 100% of games, but a solid ADC is a strong point always

Actually you might not want to play adc in bronze...because you won't get any peel. edit: although looking at his match history he might want to....all of his adc's feed the enemy adc and thats the only reason his team loses that I can see from the history...2-10 draven at 23 min...4-8 kalista to their 17-2 ashe...5-11 lucian to 17-13 vayne

I never expect peel, even on this account in high silver, or even on my high gold account I dont expect peel. Haha

Well on my main against Yi I prefer Jinx/Vayne

Unfortunately yesterday on this account, being that I only have Lucian, Sivir, and Trist, and that my team gave a yi 20 odd kills, there was no surivival. But even with that, on this one I am 9-5 W/L while on ADC

If you're really not meant to be in bronze the only thing you can do is keep playing games and you'll end up getting into silver.

You can also try playing duo or with a higher number of people in a premade to limit the risks of getting an afk / feeder.

You could help your team more...in some games I've looked at you don't have very high kill participation. Looks like you sit top and push all day, which some games can help, but other games you will want to be in the teamfights...another thing is maybe try adc...since those are the main feeders I saw in your recent games, if you can be a decent adc, you might actually win more...
