Getting reported

I hate getting reported for running my mouth to defend a teammate, sure I swear a lot when I do and I get that. But 90% of the time as soon as the game is done i get quickly reported and then the ones who do it and tell people to, just wait for everyone to leave but me. Then I get insulted and cursed at which is annoying and laughed at for being and I quote "A stupid f*** who should wait till after games to run my mouth*. So if I understanding right I should only curse at people after games. I report them and nothing is done but for me swearing in game is so horrible, but the things said after are worse. I'm seriously like what dafuq going on here. Does this happen a lot?
