Honestly I dislike most of CertainlyT's champs and reworks. All their kits are either over loaded or really hard for the team to balance * * I just wish he'd stop giving them so many damn tools.

Most of them don't require at least 40% of their kits to be viable, it's just to make it easier for people to play them because they just have the tools to forgive all their mistakes, like look at or , straight forward kits, not 50 dashes, windwall, summoner spell stealing, enhanced AA damage, movement speed buff, etc
