How about we get less LP loss for having an AFK on our team, and less LP gain for the other team?

I don't understand why this isn't a thing. It's just ridiculous how some people AFK just because they lost lane, or how some people don't even connect to a game and everyone else gets a LP penalty because of it. I think having less LP lost whenever you have an afk, and the person who went AFK loses much more LP than he would just playing the game out, would be fucking great. This would discourage people from the temptation of going AFK in the middle of a ranked match. Tired of Riot turning a blind eye to these problems that our community has.
