Taking jungle camps from the jungler

If you take the junglers camps, you can expect them to tax you. It doesn't help the jungler when you eliminate their income source. I am more and more frequently experiencing players taking both my buffs as well as chickens and golems. I do understand if our adc is way behind and he snags golems, np. But when adc is taking golems and red while mid lane is taking chickens and blue, it makes it very hard to get the gold to stay in the game. Then when they notice your'e not ahead they are confused and call you 'trash' or something.

Taking junglers camps should be a reportable offense. It's like trolling your jungler

Especially raptors/krugs. These 2 camps have the most XP for the jungler in them, when you take them as a laner (without jungle item) you are getting ~half the xp, and b/c of the xp nerfs in the jungle your jungler needs that XP to stay in the game.

Yeah i have noticed a large uptick in people clearing raptors at levels 5-8 which forces me to invade to secure the exp i lost which can result in me dying.

I agree its extremly infuriating even when someone takes your buff by accident like darius bleed,

Then can taxing my wave for doing nothing but sitting in bush and soaking xp be reportable too? Meanwhile jg's miss half the cs and no one even gets the gold anyway trying to be slick and aoeing.

Watch any pro play game or any high elo game, they literally do this all time on midgame-lategame

Not taking the jng camps as a laner isn't a strict rule just as not farming a lane as a jungler isn't a strict rule

GripaAviara6/17/2019, 2:33:47 PM2 votes

Lol what ...

Before the lane phase, sure jungle camps is like going to another lane and take the farm there, but after the lane phase the game is open

Camps should given bonus gold to junglers, just like how jungle items lower the gold you get from lane minions

As a jungle main, I say, please fucking leash your jungler UNLESS I am playing Ivern. It doesn't matter how strong my champ is with lvl 1 clears on its own, you should still help. Sometimes I've had toplaners just straight up ignore me and not leash at fkn all.

If it's past first and second clear, I don't care whatsoever if my allies take camps when I'm jungling, unless they literally walk up while I am clearing a camp or near to it while clearing and they poach it from me or force me to smite it. Otherwise, they can even help themselves to red and blue buffs, and I'll probably even offer to help them take them especially if they ask nicely. For example, if I am busy camping bottom and am leaving top side uncleared and top has time to take it, they are more than welcome to clear that half of the jungle. Honestly, I want them to take it so it doesn't get taken by the enemy jungler in that scenario.

Krugs belong to toplane because who ever gets ahead wins top and can usually care games, when I jg I usually soak lane xp since they nerfed jg. I’m fine with camps being taken because a kill is like two - three camps

You have a point, but I guarantee you're not behind on gold and XP because your laners are taking your jungle camps. I'm almost positive it is because you don't know how to path.

If your teammates are taking all these camps from you all in one rotation, while they are taking the camps you should be walking directly to a lane and taking cs. Too often ill just see junglers try to run to camps that laners are already taking and waste time trying to contest them. Just run to a lane and take cs, dont waste time.

I was playing Jax and I was against a Vladimir who I think was half a million points or so. I was getting ganked by the enemy jungler all the time and I was forced under my tower where vladimir could still poke and I couldn't farm easily because of that. Our jungle Xin was doing nothing and because I took the krugs to get some gold and exp he just typed in all chat "report top" and just stayed afk farming in jungle for the rest of the game, ending 0/5/2 if I remember correctly at 30+ mins.

Staying afk farming jungle camps should be a reportable offense (since devourer isn't a thing for a long time now). It's like trolling your laners.

I don't care about the gold.

I care about the fact I'm falling behind in levels due to being starved of XP, and that's even worse since level leads are way more important than item leads.

SanKakU6/16/2019, 11:25:47 PM1 votes

This is one of those things that is excusable if your jungler is constantly outside of the jungle just chasing kills but yeah not everyone is like that. What's worse is I see people doing it with their jungler nearby.

If you play a mage bot lane you get to take blue bc you're the APC and red bc you're the ADC

CHECKMATE JUNGLERS

(It's a joke)

Villainess6/17/2019, 11:28:37 AM

This highly depends on circumstance however. In an even game, it is certainly very frustrating to watch players who fell behind in the 1v1 or 2v2 to their enemy lane counterparts start taxing your jungle; on the other hand, sometimes it is just more logical and efficient for someone to take your camps. No one likes hearing this, me least of all, but sometimes you aren't the carry in your games, and as such someone else needs the larger share of gold - it's never pleasant when players take your gold without so much as asking but when I'm the 10/0/3 AD with nearly 10 cs per minute and I need 300 gold to finish an item, I'm not giving anything on the map to negative kda teammates. All about circumstance.
