Spells are so ambiguous, help?

Hello, I'm currently doing a project on APC vs ADC and who would win. It requires a lot of math so i've dummied it down to just some simple stuff but one part of my project includes calculating the probability that a spell will hit a target given that the target will be trying to dodge (although everyone knows APCs beat ADCs, the ADCs have a reliable and constant damage source while APCs do not, which is what i'm trying to exploit). Does anyone know where to get data on spell hitboxes and cast times?
