Riot has yet again ruined Fiddlesticks

I have mained Fiddlesticks for 4 years now and with thousands of Fiddle games under my belt I have reached Diamond in the last two seasons so I know a thing or two on how to Fiddle, but over the years I've seen a consistent decline in Fiddlestick's ability to dominate as an effective jungler (as he was intended to). Within the last few years Fiddles has not been close to being a top (S) tier jungler, which is why it makes no sense to why he has received more nerfs than buffs in the last 5 years.

Fiddlestick's downfall began after replacing his passive of having magic penetration with what is now a slight movement speed boost for 1.5 seconds. This is by far one of the worst (if not the worst) passives you can give a champion. First, it now makes it much more difficult to damage MR tanks, and a 1.5 movement speed increase just doesn't offer anything remotely useful. Why not just add that movement speed as part of his ult and give Fiddle an actual useful passive.

Secondly, ever since Fiddle has been given attention as a "support" he has received much criticism over his dark wind damage (mainly by low-tier players), thus causing Riot to nerf him, yet again, knocking him out down to a C tier support and making him an F tier jungler- if that. His ganking ability has become more and more difficult to secure kills. Even in games where I play my best, it is still hard now to carry games (even if I'm fed). The damage in his toolkit just isn't there, and it just keeps getting worst. The latest nerf on domination runes has made it even more difficult to play the champion. It makes me want to uninstall the game and never play it again.

PLEASE STOP MAKING THINGS WORST RIOT.
