There was a glitch where it didn't have a cooldown if you last hit minions or something. You could just spam it non-stop.

lol item 3092 isn't worth getting anyways, you are better off by keeping item 3303 because at least is gold efficient.

but since they buffed item 3069 i get it even in sups that heavily rely of AP like Zilean

Wait, it's only the final item that's bugged?

The bug AFK farmer explained does not make sense then, because item 3092 SPECIFICALLY doesn't disable the procs when you kill a creep.

Karma Lulu aggro Nami Morgana Annie Sona Zyra do a LOT better with it than Coin, as do all the funky mage supports.
