Champions and items which require stacks completely ruin Low ELO's.

Let me clarify. I am not saying that all people who play Nasus or pick up devourers lack teamwork skills, but I am saying all people who lack teamwork skills will gravitate towards those things. It causes those players to completely focus in on their own power. It means people are picking champions in matchmaking because they think they can just ignore their team and get stacks. It's totally toxic to the entire community outside of high ELO's.

I'm not saying remove stacks, but maybe focus on adding some more incentive towards teamfighting on those roles and champs.

your teammates are useless in low elo, just get stacks and solo carry

This is literally the kind of attitude I have a problem with.

why would you have a problem with the only reliable way to hard carry low elo games?

Because "only reliable way to hard carry low elo games" is a fallacy. Their are numerous champions and strategies in the game that can win low ELO games. You nee more than a sated devourer or a stacked Nasus to win a game unless the other team is behind globally. You still need good engages and some semblance of teamwork. I hate the idea that riot promotes the attitude (through items and mechanics) that "my team sucks so I have to carry". It keeps people from trying to work with their team in the first place, thus perpetuating the lack of teamwork which already exists in low ELO's.

I can probably win 80%+ of low elo games by solo hard carrying, but I wouldn't get anywhere playing support. Teamwork is overrated, just faceroll your lane opponent and snowball hard. Considering that you're in bronze 1, you're probably one of the people who doesn't work as a team as well. I would easily win 90% of bronze 1 games just by face roll hard carrying.

It's not that easy though. Okay, let's say I decide to go with a champion who can snowball and carry hard like Leblanc or Katarina. Then they pick a hard counter. So now I need ganks, except my jungler is an Udyr that only cares about devourer stacks, so he's going to ignore the fact that I'm losing lane to stack his devourers. Meanwhile my Nasus top is winning his lane, but refuses to roam because he wants a stronger Q.

Now, maybe Nasus and my devourer jungler can carry, but maybe I died a lot or bot lane fed and we're really behind. Then these bozos finally join teamfights and realize, hey, I actually can't 1v5 these guys just because of my stacks and now we're losing the game. So they start blaming their teammates who died while they were dozing off in lane/jungle.

If situations similar to this hadn't happened a thousand times in my league life, I wouldn't be here complaining. In the years I've played league I've never felt the need to go on the forums and rant about balance, but I seriously think this is an ongoing problem that Riot recognizes but refuses to address.

Just a couple examples of what I think might help -

Make kills/assists worth 2 stacks on devourers.

Make Nasus Q something that's actually useful so he doesn't need to stack it in the first place.
