I am a low elo main, and I have seen only the bad of the league dodge and leaverbuster rules. It hurts especially when the reason is when ur jng leaves in a teamfight, or when someone moves and then leaves just to cause a loss. elo hell is already hard enough to escape but it is impossible to get to silver if you have either a troll, feeder, or an ignorant team meber that rages.
