very easy solution, revert the changes that were made in regards to smite buffs
why, you might ask?
well, the problem right now is that most junglers will do a 3 camp clear and gank instantly, while also having full health
in the old jungle, this was impossible, seeing as you only got health from smiting one of the camps (red)
this change will also make the jungle much more fun and skill expressive
I only played a bit in season 6 (started playing toward the end), but i did enjoy the unique buffs from smiting each of the camps, made you consider your smite rather than just using it when low.
I think they should increase gold from camps, bring back the unique camp buffs, and perhaps add more things to the jungle. Encourage junglers to actually stay in the jungle.
