champion freezing for 5 to 10 seconds but not dc'ed

For the past week randomly from 5 to 20 times a game my champion will randomly freeze in place. I can still see all pings, chat, and other champions moving normally, but I am frozen. My ping does not spike nor do I get an attempting to reconnect message. This has happened every game I have tried to play for a week and I am stumped. Neither my teamspeak or skype have ever lagged or had robot voice while these episodes occur either, hopefully someone else has had and solved this problem.

I had a problem where my game would freeze for 5-30 seconds but it was because I had a hard drive going bad, but my entire game would freeze for that time and I wouldn't be able to see pings etc. That sounds like you are getting dc'd but it's not lasting long enough for the message to come up but idk.
