Would manamune be good on Kog now? I can see him going oom quickly but the burst dmg would be insane?

Unless you want to delay his power spike.
His banning will get more common
In theory it should be fantastic on him. It would burn up super duper fast though (and I'm not sure on its interaction with Runaans... like does it work and does it burn more mana?!??)
But it would delay the core he is extremely powerful with and not come online til much later in the game.
I think his mana pool would be a bit unstable with it tho, especially with upcoming changes.
There is a little change to manamune coming soon, and it changes it so it is no longer a toggle, it is a passive, and it doesnt do it if you are below 20-25% mana, so i think that would be great because he would have a little bit of mana left for a w or something to help him escape.
PS- idk which of his spells is his slow, but by W i mean the slow lol
