Need to Fix Normal Game Balance

I know that normal game has each mmr against ranked game. but I think we should normal game mmr should be same with ranked game. sometimes, nope.. oftenly, (I am a Gold V player) I meet platium users. but I dont care who play with us. but sometimes, Diamond players play with plat and then our team are bronze and silvers. Are u kidding me? actually we dont care about winning or losing but I want to practice some other champions but these balance broke games. then I guess ranked games is same problem? nope.. when I play ranked game only same lvl characters are playing. for example, Gold 3-Silver2 vs Gold 3- Silver2. Yeah this game is pretty good, but not the normal game. and other story my friend meet 3 Gold players with 2 lvl30 unranked players. But he was lvl 22, and then their teamate are lvl 20-24. of course, they will lose that game perfectly.
