The State of Heimerdinger.

OK, this is short and simple, heimerdinger sucks ass right now and he needs to get buffed or get a min-rework. I was a heimer main back in season 4/5, i enjoyed every second i played heimer win/lose, why? because i felt relevant during the game. Ive recently been playing heimer just to get a feel for him, using the new rylais and torment, and i felt SO USELESS, even if i go full ap or straight gates with zzrot, come late game, heimer is absolutely useless.

Riot needs to give some love to heimerdinger. #Kappapride and just a side note, PLEASE BRING BACK** REVIVE** AND CLAIRVOYANCE

Heim right now does seem really strong in my opinion, building only damage, farming and kills also do help greatly, but mostly just having good farm and bullying the enemy, but i've also seen people build only tank heim with very odd item choices which strange enough DID work multiple times, in my opinion he seems strong but i'd like to hear other's opinions
