Possible Yasuo Ult Nerf (kinda)

I recall seeing a thread about Yasuo's really low ult cooldown (30 seconds max rank) which is to compensate for the fact that yasuo cannot use it at every part of the game and takes some set up. But on a team with a bunch of knockups this isn't the case. So how about increasing the cooldown when yasuo ults on a knockup from another source that is not yasuo.

Just a thought.
