Rito I can fix Champion Mastery!!! :D

As Champion Mastery was released the one thing i ran across most was "It will be pointless because your rank just increases and never changes. It will only show that you play this champ a lot". And i gotta agree. You can be Wood 12 and trick everyone by showing up with Leblanc fully mastered but the fact remains. The person it still bad. So rather than have a ribbon on your load screen that merely acknowledges you like to play this champion, Champion Mastery can be turned into an actual representation of your skill with that champion. If rito takes the last say 10 games you played with that champion and averaged your grade, then put that grade on the load screen ribbon, then we would have an accuarate opinion of the players recent skill with that champ. and beacause rito says to mention the little demon, here you go
