The Evelynn nerfs were a bit too far

after to most resent patch, evelynn got struck with some very hard nerfs to her ult and buffs for her e that were reverted, after playing eve after the nerfs i could feel it very fast and it hit the champion very hard over all and it confuses me why riot would nerf eve when she isn't even the most broken champion right now JG whiles, graves has been the most broken jungler let alone champion in the game right now and he barely got a slap on the wrist with his nerf, another exemple is ahri being a good mid laner in solo que that is very frustrating to deal with in lane because of how low of a cooldown her charm is on top of her already a very play it safe kind of champion and lastly the reason why i believe riot thought evelynn could kill people so easily without W(which by the way, even with w you won't even get the kill if you also use ult as well) was because of harvest, which yes it was getting stupidly powerful and did deserve a nerf for the early game, i hope riot relises their mistakes with the eve nerfs this patch by reverting them or at the least up the scaling of those abilities that are nerfed and will also give ahri and graves proper nerfs later on and not one's that
