How long does it take to get honor level 3?

Hello all I am a returning player and just learned about the honor system. It seems to be a very cool way of rewarding players.

I just had a question, how long does it take to reach honor level 3? I played 5 or 7 games and my honor level is still 2. Is there a way of checking your progress?

Ya the first honor lvl took a long time. The ones after were faster. It's not just games played, it's also time (takes about 1-2 months time for lvl 3).
