he's actually pretty balanced right now. he's been sitting at around a 50% winrate across every elo

@OP, Pls state a reason as to why you think Yasuo is unbalanced, rather than just telling to nerf him. Perhaps, you could say his E is oppresive in lane b/c it does 225 point-click magic damage, or maybe complain his mobility allows him to dodge skillshots when near minion wave, or that he out-trades other toplaners since grasp and tank items were nerfed, etc...

He's as balanced as the wind! :P No, he's actually balanced though.
