i start this game before few months but till now i don't understand some issues , what 3rd party set mean? how some players get a lot of expensive ops after few min from game start .. why i can't use real money to get my op .. kindly if anyone can answer my questions i appreciate that
Anraton2 votes3rd party .. thats normaly a program not designed from riot, that changes some behaviour of the game .. some ar just cosmetics like custom skins (IIRC accepted by riot) other grant unfair advantages - these get punished with perma bans.
