Please Nerf the Leaver Buster System!

I have been placed in the low priority queue again for the second time. I didn't leave the game intentionally, I disconnected after killing maybe 2 minions and couldn't connect for 10 - 15 mins. I'm mad enough that i disconnected and lost a game that I didn't even get to play and on top of that you have to punish me for something I can't control? My connection was fine all day so it's not like I was playing knowing it was going to happen. You need to nerf the leaver buster and make it only punish people if they click the "exit game" button in game because they are obviously leaving on purpose.
