Just wanna get some other opinions on neeko adc as when i play her she feels strong and tbh i think she should be nerfed top lane neeko is a bully and adc neeko doesnt even need a support is she going to remain an adc champion or will she be nerfed back to her ap side?
I honestly don't know why Rito has let her be an ADC/toplaner for this long. They've hit off-meta builds that are weaker than Neeko harder and faster.
Just remove the passive on her W and put that power into her Q damage or her E damage or her R shield. She is obviously supposed to be a burst mage, why are they letting her be an AA champion?
Neeko top is too reliable imo
They already nerfed Neeko ADC. Did it not work? I've seen one Neeko Bot ADC since and it was a troll. Didn't auto enemies, didn't land a single bind until the enemy was already fed and knocking on our inhibitors.
She's still good as a botlane carry, mostly as a techy pick to create a CC chain lane with champs like 
.
is a particularly gnarly kill lane that can get CC Chain 100-0 all-ins off either character's stun at level 2.
That being said, she should probably be played APC on 
-based builds, as she just doesn't have the damage to compete with "real" ADCs otherwise, and she absolutely needs her support/lane partner as hard scaling 1v1 champs like 
will outdamage her in a pure 1v1 all game.
