People playing new champs in ranked

i just thought id share my thoughts on this , almost 80% of the time i get players trying new champs in ranked cause they seen pros do crazy plays and think they can as well , then they proceed to go 0-8 in lane . So what i think should happen is to play a champ in ranked you should at least be level 4 or maybe 3 to be able to choose them, to at least show that you know some of how the champ is to be played or at least have some experience playing them. Does anyone agree with this or am i the only person getting a little annoyed with this?

no, that would make all champions at lower mastery unpickable, and this will remove a large number of people from being able to play ranked as most players generally have about 5-10 champions that they've played enough to be at the suggested mastery. It takes 20 owned champions to be able to play ranked now, and odds are 80% of players don't have the suggested mastery level on that many champions. So this would never work as an option.

chibi thats what i mean , you should he well versed in your champs u expect to play in ranked , its not everyone elses fault u haven't played them yet
