Patch 7.14 Cannot Login to Queue

After I updated to patch 7.14, I have not been able to login into the game. I have tried the steps listed in the guide but it still states "cannot login to queue".

Help?

Used the hextech repair tool and still cant login :(

My friend and I are facing the same problem, tried running launcher as administrator, tried troubleshooting and repairing the client and still not working. WHAT THE F? =]...RIOT??? ANY FIX YOUR LOGIN SERVERS PLEASE.

Im having the same issue.I live outside NA region but was able to play until yesterdays patch. Cant log in anymore.

so everyone is stuck in the login screen with the animation and login music. No one can enter the game right? Not talking about queueing in games but the login screen.

Same here, followed all the steps from Login Issue Page from Riot, tried the Hextech Tool, it's not working. Tried reinstalling, repairing, not working. Tried restarting computer, still not working.
