Possible rune changes to (hopefully) help bruisers

So I've been recently watching Hashinshin complain about top lane and I think he has a point. He wants Riot to make a new keystone for bruisers but I don't think that's possible without removing an existing keystone (they all fit certain playstyles and whatnot). So I've been thinking of some changes to runes to help melee bruisers a bit without buffing tanks or other classes.

Fleet Footwork: (Melee only) - Your energized attacks gain a small amount of extra range and cause you to dash a small distance towards your target (kinda like Ivern Q)

Lethal Tempo: (not sure about this one) (Melee only) - You can attack and move at the same time while Lethal Tempo is active (Tracer from HOTS?)

Predator: I never really saw anyone but Hecarim use this keystone ever, so I'm not even sure if it's weak or not. Maybe reduce the cooldown early game?

Summon Aery: Aery returns to you twice as fast if you're melee (Would probably make Jayce a bit of a problem)

Grasp of the Undying: Give the empowered attack AP and AD ratios (don't think would be taken on Vlad because he would still get reduced healing and damage since he's ranged)

Font of Life: Add an AD and AP ratio, increased healing to self?
