lane xp kind weird

This is pretty simple but why did solo lanes need an xp buff most of my games ill be playing top and while im lvl 8 my jgl is most likely to be lvl 4 as long as play it safe or dont die to ganks yust sain in lane i get huge xp advanteges when compared to bot or jgl most of the times im aleast 3 or 4 levels ahead of my bot and jgl and the weird thing is how my jgl usally has more farm than me

is this normal because enemy and my jgl and pretty much useless when my enemy top lane is lvl 9 and my jgl is still lvl 6

Honestly, since you are level 61 im assuming you are still kinda new to the game, so here it is: You/Your team/The enemy team is bad.

Chances are, you get the normal amount of xp, but miss lots of CS? Your jungler gets high CS, since its impossible to miss in jungle, but doesnt clear/gank efficiently and so gets slow XP

and botlane shares XP so they will naturally fall behind 1-3 levels at early to midgame
