Mastery Tokens question

Couldn't find the answer to this. Are they only able to be received on SR draft/blind/ranked or can you get them in other game modes?

Well, when I get S's elsewhere, I don't get tokens

so probably not

Yeah, you can only get mastery tokens from summoners rift normal draft/blind/ranked. So none from twisted treeline, howling abyss or any RGM on any map.
