Wanna make the game better? Think about this!

You NEED to implement a system where if someone is AFK for more than 5 minutes or if there is a DC for more than 5 minutes IN A RANKED GAME than the team with the AFK/DC will receive a LOSS PREVENTION. That way the 30 to 45 minute game doesn't feel like a waist of time! IF not that than implement a system where we can leave the game if there is an AFK/DC that way we can MOVE ON to the next one, and place the offenders into a league of there own because the system you have now is unfair to your lower elo players. And I get it that you might dismiss this article because you either DON'T care about your lower elo players or some other reason but this is an attempt to make the game more FUN for everyone and not WAIST the time of your players.
