Let's talk about Annie.

Here we again, another OP plz nerf thread. Nah, none of that. is one of those champs that is easy to pick up and reap rewards. That isn't saying she is overpowered and unbearable to play against, but it does feel like there is little counter play to her iconic flash ult combo. A perfectly timed flash ult stun from has the potential to severely weaken if not wipe out an entire enemy team in less than a half a second, we all seen it happen. What I propose is not a damage reduction nerf but more an added animation as part of casting her ult. Similar to 's W or 's ult, it would nice to see Annie actually very briefly throw her bear Tibbers in the air and land on a specific area for damage like in the old LoL cinematic (https://youtu.be/tEnsqpThaFg?t=3m27s)
