why the hell do dumbass champs have stupid shit builds like lulu goind all ad and outdamage an entire team like how the fuck does that make sense

That makes sense cause lulu is auto attack reliant, and the build that she most likely would have gone for is an AS/AD build, she already gets a bunch of attack speed from her kit so the best way to make her auto attacks hit harder would be to build AD. Either that or she can go an on-hit build with Nashor’s and Rageblade. She already has a bunch of mixed damage from her passive, so a good way to mess with people is to increase the power of her auto attacks and “accidentally” make the enemy build incorrectly.
And AD focused build makes sense if the enemy team is fairly squishy so it is easy to burst them down with your mixed damage
