Veigar Changes and and my report ticket with riot and their response

My support ticket to riot explaining my anger with these hideous nerfs:

• Why would you nerf a champion that you already nerfed with the removal of DFG? His stun was OP I understand that but a .75 delay is ridiculous, it's like if you nerf Blitzcrank's grab by slowing the rate at which his hand shoots out so that he can never grab anyone unless they aren't paying attention. By doing this you essentially removed his E and then you make his Q a skillshot. What champions does Veigar have the most trouble against... in your face assassins and now the chance of him landing a Q on an LB/Fizz/Talon/Zed is very improbable. Not to mention the other AP mids that you used to counter are going to wreck your face literally because they can dodge all your skills except your ult, you have no way of locking down an enemy because your now telegraphing your E "Hey man watch out if you stand there in .75 seconds I'm going to 100-0" like what? If you can explain to me why you thought a .75 second delay makes sense on a champion who already has a pick rate of like 6% makes sense then I'll agree with it. Secondly, I bought the final Boss Veigar skin because I enjoyed playing the champion so much and now he is not viable against any champion in any role... how do you expect a player at any level to land his E on an enemy that is not stunned you have ruined his entire kit, the only way I would even agree with this change is if you completely took the delay off of his W because its the only way he will ever be able to 100-0 somebody again. Very unhappy with these changes I would like to discuss opening refunds for people that have recently bought any Veigar skin... not happy at all. I am aware of your no refund policy after you have no more "refund tokens" but this is kind of ridiculous... I would be even more angry if I mained Kassadin who the Balance Team has totally gutted lmao but I do not. (Including Veigar's pick and win rate in normals... It is even lower in ranked play)(Also my stats with him so far this season). His main role has always been blow one person up and then you have nothing else really so why destroy the way he was played especially when he wasn't even a power pick, very very very upset.

• Definitely not MankindTP here and we appreciate your feedback. We understand that the recent champion changes (Veigar and Kassadin) can be disheartening. This does change Veigar's gameplay quite a bit and I understand that you do have points worthy of discussion.

I suggest that you write to the forums. We always looks around for more constructive suggestions to make the game better and other summoners pitch in their take of the issue as well.

LOL what? This generic response was copy and pasted no doubt to everyone else who complained about the champion changes... I want them to allow refunds of any recent Veigar skin purchases unless they revert to nerfs. A nerd is not something to complain about until they start to ruin the game .At some point the complete destruction of champions has to stop, you have ruined Veigar who wasn't OP nor a power pick with very little reason or feed-back from the community.
