Regading the future Quinn rework.

I've played Quinn a while, and I may be a Gold pleb, but I LOVE how Quinn fits top. She is the perfect adc top laner and that is an important role to have. Especially if we are going to see more champions like Morde bot, which I also think is an interesting new meta.

Sure she could use some buffs, and some consistency wish how blinds work. And some consistency with what can and can not be used during her E knock back. (This is more of an issue with some champions having abilities who's coding allows abilities to go off even if the animation is canceled by cc).

And she might not be popular at all, but that isn't a problem with her. I'm all for a rework, I just don't want to see her forced bot because she can't compete top anymore.

This might not get much traction at all because "Lol who plays Quinn?" But of all the Quinn players I've spoken to or seen in game we all love Quinn specifically top lane. It's a long way off the rework, but hopefully we can get the rework done with top in mind.
