keystone windspeakers for 10% more healing
for 25% more healing
as a 4th, 5th, or 6th item for 15% heals

You lose too much stat efficiency with gunblade sadly, even thou the omnivore passive is nice. Probably better to get more flat AP, so you can get the bonus healing on empowered Q.
I do like windspeakers on Vladimir though. Deathfire Touch is too minor, and you miss out on the resolve tree. Thunderlords has been, and still is a pain to proc, the minor burst increase is nothing amazing.
