why is ranked so broken

i am in my bronze 2 seires and riot goes and matches me up with a bronze 5 who never even plays and another kid who isnt even ranked yet!!!!!! everyone on the other team is bronze 2. why in the world is this even a thing. you think riot would be able to at least get a close match for me but no, lets just give him a bunch of inexperienced players and but all experienced players on the other team, every single time i get to my series. please do something about this riot. this is just nonsense, my team never had a chance, literally every lane lost and of course i get stuck with jungle so they all blame me and tell me im bad, just because i carry my games doesnt mean you should put me with worse players than me riot. so how about you try and fix this broken broken broken ranked match system you guys have created. im so upset by these matches, and it only happens when i get into my series, do you want people not to rank up riot? this games is just a conspiracy that riot moves up who it wants through the ranks and punishes the people that carry others. does this kind of stuff happen to anyone else? leave your story, please let riot know and maybe theyll do somthing. im not posting this from my main account so dont look up stats of this account.

The ranked system has no flaws and it's easy to even play 1v9 and get out of bronze

except for when someone's mmr is higher than the division they're in however they are actively being grouped with the right players due to MMR and they have a 50-50 win/loss and they cant join that rank, ie they're silver 1, only get grouped with gold 3 players because MMR works, they never leave promotional matches to g5 without being lucky or proving they are better than g3 players and consistently winning against g3 players, then they can join g5.

If you play better than your elo you get into a higher elo. If you play worse you get into a lower one. The job of the elo system is to make games fair by placing people with similar skill levels against eachother. ie there are no bronze players in Diamond and no Diamond players in bronze.

MMR =/= LP

2 different systems.

mmr is who you get paired with

lp says what division you are in.

"If you play better than your elo you get into a higher elo."

exactly the point i just made. MMR says im grouped with gold players, but my LP wont ever change if i go 50-50 against gold players, this is because of promotional matches, i have to win 3/5 to advance, 4/6 if you count the game to get into promotional series. thats a streak which says im effectively better than the players i was grouped with.

promotional matches dont pair you with players exclusively from the division are you trying to leave, ie only players of the silver 1 level. instead you are STILL matched with players of your MMR value.

did you read what i said at all? your MMR climbs faster than your LP does, MMR is more sensitive in that regards because league is so bent on keeping games "fair".

you may never have actually reached fair matchups before reaching your actual MMR. but it can be a bitch to deal with promotional matches when the MMR system actually works and groups you with the right people before your LP had time to catch up.

it happened to me all of S4.

it would be just me, silver 1, in a room full of gold 3's and 4's on both sides. i would check myself on lolnexus and see everything i wanted to see. tell me how that happens.

and if you start low enough, say silver 5, (crappy placement matches, went 2-8) and riot makes you climb, when you are winning your 2/3 promotional series for each division, if you go on a decent enough streak winning ~80% of your games, you will have won 3 games in a row from silver 5 ~90LP, from the win into promos, the 2 promotional games, and then 0 LP of silver 4, and guess what riot thinks, your MMR should be progressively higher and higher, maybe its now at the silver 3 level because of the quality of players you just destroyed. but guess what, promotional series, must win X amount of games in this league where more games keeps on influencing your MMR.

yes i will keep climbing because i dont belong in silver 5. yes i will keep winning matches, but promotional series just add games which adds MMR to myself because i keep winning them. with additional MMR and not the compensating rank increase as well im gated to the LP promotional series.

trust me, the reason you got into promos in the first place is because there were beginners on the opposing teams aswell.

trust me it wasnt, i check stats with lolwiz before the match. the other team is always the same rank as me if not one rank above or below but not 3 or 4 ranks

if you check every member of every team for 1000 games, you will see its not favored against you

Playing vs. better players will improve your game-play so I don't know what you're complaining about.

Bronze players are all the same they think there good then blame others for sucking like let's blame the jungler for not being in midlane Ohh I'm sorry I didn't know I was supposed to carry your lane for you

it is not flawed,

i went from silver 4 to silver 5 while duoq'ing and a lot of it was down to my teams having no brains.

no it wasnt the only person i blame is myself.
