Vayne is not balanced whatsover

You can view my other post on this subject if you wanna read more on my opinion BUT ONE VAYNE Q DID 853 DAMAGE! IT IS A 2 SECOND COOL DOWN ABILITY AND WITH ULT IT MAKES HER INVISIBLE! THIS IS NOT BALANCED! I INSTANTLY DIED BY A 2 SECOND COOLDOWN ABILITY! #NERFVAYNE
