honestly at this point its been 4 moths of people nonstop complaining about it and the solution has been said about a million times

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do besides pick hard engage and assassins in the champ select.
Something like Vi + Yasuo works well if the Ezreal gets cocky.
Ezreal is just bonkers atm. I play him a lot and his ability to just 1v9 is insane

I wish Ezreal was just a normal mage champion the fact that they have to keep him underpowered in soloque with a bad winrate because his safety is abusable in proplay and can abuse most items is really annoying. Like seriously just give him straight AP and AD ratios and remove the on hit stuff. Also I think that stopping him from using sheen items but letting him use crit instead would be more balanced, but I'm not entirely sure of the implications.
Ez needs a nerf... and Bard needs a skin.
No tips other than stand behind minions, which would work if Ezreal actually had some sort of drawback for his constant Q spam.
I disagree with making it melee only. My solution is to make either the radius or slow scale with range from the target. This means the further away from your target you are the weaker it gets. It could still be useful to Ezreal to get a melee champion off of him after already getting in range but this change would prevent him from spamming the slow while already an entire screen away.
Where are these op EZs coming from? The ones I get do the iceborn/tear combo and zero damage for 30 min (and that's only if i'm lucky and they don't feed).

Assassins can 100000% kill ezreal when they catch him, as a ezreal 1 trick im weakest to things that can hard engage or have stealth. maybe in perfect world were ezreal can see from every single direction and know when someone is going to get him. even then unless you have a wall they can run you down side steping your Q because their mobility is far greater than yours without you Ein over a wall, you can legit run an ezreal down with higher base move speed alone on 90% of the roster.
