Spectator Mode's Directed Camera

I was recently watching a replay of one of my ranked matches when I noticed something.

The Directed Camera in Spectator Mode is fantastic.

If any of you Riot moderators come across this, would it be contractually plausible for you to share the algorithm with me? If so, could you share it, or direct me to someone who knows what it is?

It's rare that a person comes across a decent AI camera, and I wanted to learn the core of it.
