LoL Story mode

Hi guys I just have a suggestion based on Champion Lores, etc. I've been playing League for 2 years and like how League is not just a simple game where you play then continue on and on, it has interesting stories and champions from a wide variety of places such as Demacia, etc. But I feel like people don't care about lores that much. Therefore I came up with this suggestion, why don't Riot try adding a story mode that includes all territories that exists in league and also to prepare new players or beginners or something like that and to also explore places. I know we have a tutorial, but I feel like negative or toxic behavior from smurfs, etc. can ruin experience for learners. It doesn't really matter if my suggestion gets ignored but I personally think a story mode would help beginners practice even more to prepare them to the land of PvP.
