Are custom skins allowed?

someone sent this to me on discord and in fact it does let me easily use custom skins. as far as I know it only changes the appearances of skins and map on my end. I don't think it gives advantages on playing the game. will I get banned for using this?

no, you will not get banned. riot has stated that they don't care if people use custom skins.

They are neither allowed nor not allowed. Riot's stance has been stated as "use at your own risk" and that they can change their opinion on whether or not a program is allowed at any time.

And even if I was going to use a custom skin, I wouldn't use that one.
