I need some constructive criticism here. I am currently in Gold 4 and I don't understand why I don't get games with evenly matched players ever. I'm not that "IM CHALLENGER BUT FEEDERS KEEP ME BACK" guy so don't worry. I just need a tip on how to communicate properly to my team of trolls.

Ex: Lee Sin 0-3 top vs Darius. I tell him nicely in chat that he should look into some armor and try to farm with Q. He proceeds to rush Tiamat and starts building toward Tri Force.

This, on top of the rest of our lanes not doing so hot.. it was 11-30 by 15 minutes in. 2 of my team ragequit at this point. I just want to know what I can do to communicate/help my team more when it seems they do not want to work together. Anyone have an idea?

TL;DR Top feeding, rushing TriForce, not listening to help. How do I communicate to my team better?

Communication is the biggest problem in league. You can try nicely to talk and give suggestions, but the likely scenario is that you're going to be shrugged off or yelled at. It really depends on who you're playing with and you can only hope your teammates are nice, and there's very little Rito can do about that.

I upvoted the above response, however I do feel there is A LOT Riot can do about it, but they either refuse to respond or have other priorities.
