I so often hear that Kalista has no right to be viable because of her broken kit. Can someone explain to me what makes her kit so broken and what makes it so hard to balance her?

I believe it lies within her ult. it gives her extra peel for herself on top of the peel youll be receiving from the rest of your team

One reason is the power thats in her passive, having a free dash every auto attack is crazy powerful design since it allows to hyper kite people especially with high AS. She also has a high amount of mind share in her kit and if played correctly either allows her to save her support from any bad situation or have a crazy strong engage.
