Kayn passive quality of life change

Is it possible for the development team to implement a way to see the exact % of red/blue kayn, cause right now if you fight both types of hero equally, it is impossible to have an exact tell on who you will be? This can help makes kayn more viable and less random.

Kayn's passive is an odd one. I'm not sure if the orbs you pick up before the transformation have much impact compared to the orbs you pick up to finish the transformation.

I've had games where I've hit ranged champs all game then got one kill on a melee and instantly had Rhaast ready despite doing mostly damage to ranged champions. It seems that the last kill to fill the bar holds way more sway over which way the system chooses.

I agree but Kayn's designer doesn't agree lmao https://twitter.com/danielzklein/status/885978392801103872 One of the dumbest things I have ever read

The number of orbs doesnt matter until you get enough to unlock the transformation.

Meaning you can fight tanks for 80% of the bar, but your last fight you went against a ranged enemy, you unlock Shadow Assassin.

This wouldn't be a problem if the lock-out for forms wasn't so long. Give people free reign to choose their form and Kayn is much fun/balanceable.

Or maybe making it work like old Nidalee (unlocking the shapeshift at level 6). If you don't get it until level let's say 8, you're free to choose your form ?

Only the last orb you take matters. Take 99% red orbs and the last one is a blue one you will get the blue form.

I would disagree with his option just because it doesn’t fit ... Kanu is a champion who’s fighting for control over the body vs Rhaast I feel like not knowing sort of makes it feel like you don’t know who’s gonna win .. having that bar and telling you is just a choice and I kinda feel like it should be a surprise to who you get and being given that side is good however being random isn’t good either but having to wait was a smart move but yeh tbh it’s still an awkward passive but I find it better to not know

Pretty sure it doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is the very last orb you get right before gaining a form. If you have 99% blue but then get a melee orb, you'll get rhaast

Atleast that's how it works for me, its always what i last hit
